On the morning of June 30, 2026, The First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China used HC-IORT to successfully complete Hunan’s first electron beam IORT procedure for gastric cancer.

Prescribed dose: 15 Gy; energy: 6 MeV; field diameter: 50 mm; bolus thickness: 1 cm; beam-on time: 3.51 minutes.
